Privacy notice

KUDOZ operates RealKudoz.com. Contact info@realkudoz.com with privacy questions or requests.

Your KUDOZ ID

We collect your first name, email, city, state, optional mobile number, consent choice and campaign source to deliver requested access, keep in touch with your permission, and understand where listeners are finding KUDOZ. Confirming your email creates your verified KUDOZ ID. Providing a phone number does not subscribe you to texts; SMS messaging is not active.

Service providers

Our website uses Sites hosting with Cloudflare storage and Brevo for email delivery and confirmed email contacts. These services process information to operate the website and deliver emails. We do not sell fan details. Signup data is not sent to advertising pixels.

Measurement and storage

Campaign codes and a referring hostname are held in this tab’s session storage. We record first-party events such as visits, music plays and confirmed signups without adding names, email addresses or phone numbers to analytics events. Our own audio and video players record a random playback-attempt ID, asset ID, elapsed listening milestones, duration and campaign source to measure catalog engagement. A playback ID is not an account or person identifier. These measurements do not count plays inside external music services. IP addresses are hashed for short-lived abuse controls. Hosting and email providers may keep their own security and delivery logs. Meta Pixel loads only after you allow advertising measurement in Privacy choices. It can receive browser and network identifiers, page visits, playback milestones, signup starts, music-service clicks, and a completed-registration event. This integration does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or confirmation links, and automatic advanced matching is disabled. Declining does not affect signup or reward access. Global Privacy Control is respected. Change your choice at any time using Privacy choices; withdrawing stops subsequent events but does not erase information already received by Meta. Your choice is stored in this browser. TikTok and Google advertising pixels are not active.

YouTube videos

Embedded videos connect to YouTube only after you select Load. YouTube then receives browser and network information and may use storage under its own policies. You may instead use the direct video links.

Reward access

After email confirmation, a necessary, secure cookie keeps access to the Summer recording for up to 30 days on this browser. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Your signup does not guarantee a Founding Fan number or unannounced benefits.

Your choices and retention

Unsubscribe using the link in a KUDOZ email or write to info@realkudoz.com. Unsubscribing does not cancel already granted reward access. We retain active member details to provide the relationship you requested; you may request access, correction or deletion by email. We retain the minimum suppression information needed to respect opt-outs. Pending records and analytics are reviewed periodically; no automatic deletion schedule is claimed.
